This beautiful map print Stretch Silk fabric is a LilypaDesigns exclusive that was featured in Pattern Pages Magazine. Designed in-house, this luxurious 19 momme (mm) fabric has a similar weight to silk charmeuse with 10% stretch. The tiny percentage of spandex practically eliminates fraying - making this fabric is a dream to cut-n-sew and perfect for low-to-no stretch bras like the Lusamine, but also camisole and robes.

About Momme (mm)
Momme is Japanese form of weight measurement. Pronounced “moe-mie” and abbreviated as “mm,” momme expresses the weight (in pounds) of a piece of material sized 45 inches by 100 yards. For example, a 100 yard bolt of 19mm 45” silk would weigh 19 pounds.
19mm silk weight is appropriate for regular use and the same weight as silk bed sheets. With proper care, thee luster, sheen and color will last a great length of time.
