Join us in Los Angeles (just outside Downtown LA) for a weekend dedicated to bra making, fit, and a whole lot of “ah-ha” moments. Lily of LilypaDesigns will guide you through every step — from understanding structure and shape to making smart fit adjustments and sewing your own beautifully engineered bra. Expect hands-on instruction, small group support, and the kind of practical knowledge that transforms bra sewing from intimidating to empowering.

OBJECTIVE
Students will learn how to make and fit an bra. Prior to the class, students will be asked to provide their size – they’ll receive a size chart and instructions on how to measure – so that a pattern will be ready for them the day of.
PREREQUISITE
Advanced beginner or intermediate sewing knowledge is required.
SEWING PATTERN FOR WIRELESS CLASS (1-Day Course)
The Lotus Wireless is a classy and supportive bra featuring:

A gothic arch for high tummies (or fabulous buffets);
A tall band and comfortable scoop back for a sleek silhouette.

SEWING PATTERN FOR WIRED CLASS (2-Day Course)
The Lusamine Underwired is a classy and supportive bra featuring:
Non-stretch cup fabric with a modern, lifted silhouette
Two center gore options based on your ribcage shape
A tall band and comfortable scoop back for a sleek silhouette.
Avail in a very inclusive size range: A-K cup 28-44 bands!
TIMEFRAME
Workshop is 8 hours/day (incl lunch) beginning at 9am unless otherwise noted.
MATERIALS
All materials will be provided. Additional patterns and bra making kits are available for purchase day of workshop. A sewing machine is required for this course. A limited number of machines are available for rental (HERE).
SUSTENANCE
As a workshop event, light refreshments and photo ops will be provided.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available for cancellations. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another. Refunds are available if cancelled due to COVID or by venue.
