Pattern Delivery

Upon completion of payment a unique URL will be automatically sent to email address you provided at checkout. Click the link provided in the email to download your file.

Your unique URL will expire after 24 hours. If you are having trouble downloading your file you can email us at customerservice@lilypadesigns.com or reply to your order email.

All PDF patterns will automatically download to your computer’s downloads folder unless you have manually set a unique destination.

If you do not see the download email in your email inbox, check your spam folder. Add customerservice@lilypadesigns.com to your list of approved email addresses to avoid this in the future.

Pattern Format

Our PDF patterns are formatted to fit both US Letter and A4 size paper. Files come in a zip file and will need to be extracted before the files can be opened. Most computers will extract the zip files automatically. Some of our patterns are formatted in a layered PDF format and include an A0 size that can be printed at a copy shop.

We recommend downloading all pattern files to your computer, not a tablet or phone. Tablets and phones will often use all available downloads in the process of retrieving the file(s). Some PDF viewers such as Adobe Reader does not have the ability to view layers on a tablet or mobile.

We also recommend printing the files from a computer where you can be sure the printing scale is set to 100%.

Lost Digital Files

In the event your digital file is lost, we are happy to reissue another download link to the email address associated with your order.

Returns + Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about our patterns prior to purchasing.

Permissions

Patterns, projects and tutorials on LilypaDesigns and are provided for personal use only. Items made using these patterns, projects and tutorials may NOT be sold or used for any commercial purposes. Likewise, the patterns, projects and tutorials on LilypaDesigns may NOT be used as materials in classes or workshops without the express permission of the author (Lily Fong, M.Ed.).
